The Quaich respects your right to the privacy of the personal information you provide to us. Our Circle is a non-anonymous community site.

With the exception of using your real name for communications and when logged onto the system, any personal information you provide to The Quaich will be known only to the staff and consultants of the Quaich. Your name will be made available to other members for the purpose of community participation. When you sign up to become a member of Our Circle user community, you will be asked to provide basic content information such as your name, e-mail address, state or province or country of residence and occupation. In addition, from time to time you may be invited to participate in optional surveys about the products and services offered by The Quaich. The Quaich will not share your contact information with any third parties, unless required by due process of the law.

The Quaich maintains a Our Circle member database and will from time to time send to members  information concerning the sales of new products and services. E-mail addresses are never used for Spam or unsolicited e-mail messages. E-mail addresses are used to cross-reference your database information. By submitting your details to us you expressly agree that we can use the information in this manner and you agree to keep such details continually up-to-date.
